Shipping options for customers within the EU
1. Standard Shipping (5-7 working days):
  • FREE for orders over 100€
  • 10€ for orders under 100€
2. DHL Express (2-4 working days): 25€

Countries included in the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping options for customers outside the EU
1. DHL Express (6-9 working days):
  • FREE for orders over 150€
  • 35€ for orders under 150€
Shipping partners
For European and international deliveries, we partner with DHL Express. For standard shipping within the EU, we use GLS.

Shipping details
With DHL Express, after your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email or text. The link allows you to choose the best delivery option for you, including home delivery, delivery to a DHL Service Point, or to a Parcel Locker. Shipments to Service Points or Lockers are held for 14 days before being returned.
For standard shipping with GLS (only within the EU), you’ll receive a tracking code to pick up your package at the nearest delivery point.

Worldwide shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that orders shipped outside Europe may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, depending on the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and paying any fees. These charges will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Return policy
All customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Even if you decide to return the item, you must collect the delivery and then send it back to Roselli Oy. Contact Roselli Oy before initiating a return.
The goods must be in the same condition as when delivered, and a receipt must be included. Note that engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the item is delivered to Roselli Oy. Once the return is received, we will refund the value of the goods.
