Collection: Wilderness Collection
One knife. Ten stories from the Finnish wilderness.
Inspired by the forests, lakes and wildlife of Finland, the Roselli Wilderness Collection brings together ten distinctive wildlife-inspired designs based on the original Roselli Hunting knife. Each design features a different animal engraved on the knife's curly birch handle.
At the heart of the collection is the original Roselli Hunting knife, first introduced in 1976. Its proven design remains unchanged, while detailed wildlife illustrations bring a new character to a knife that has accompanied hunters and outdoor enthusiasts for generations.
Each engraving captures an animal in its natural surroundings, carefully designed to follow the shape of the wooden handle. Combined with the unique grain and texture of Finnish curly birch, every knife has its own individual appearance.
Ten animals. Ten chapters.
The collection begins with No.01 Finnish Moose, one of the most recognisable animals of Finland's forests. Its detailed engraving depicts a moose surrounded by the trees and landscape of its natural habitat.
New designs will be introduced approximately once every quarter, each celebrating a different part of Finnish wildlife. Among the upcoming animals are the powerful Brown Bear and the elusive Lynx, with more designs to be revealed as the collection unfolds.
Rather than releasing all ten motifs at once, we want to give each animal its own place in the story and allow the collection to grow naturally over time.
Finnish craftsmanship, made to last
Every knife in the Wilderness Collection is handcrafted in Harmoinen, Finland, following the same principles of quality, functionality and durability that have defined Roselli since 1976.
The carbon steel blade is designed for demanding hunting and outdoor use, while the naturally shaped curly birch handle provides a comfortable and secure grip. Each knife is accompanied by a newly designed Finnish leather sheath with reinforced construction for improved durability.
The wildlife engravings make these knives distinctive, but their purpose remains the same. They are made to be carried, used and passed on, not simply admired.
Handcrafted in Finland. Inspired by the wild. Choose your companion.
